You’ve identified that there is something in your life that needs to change. You are ready to invest in YOU. You are ready to do the work and put your personal and professional growth first. And you’re ready to commit to living your happiest and healthiest life.
What’s involved?
Over this 6-month program we will meet in-person or virtually, depending on what works best for you and where you are located.
The program kicks off with a 1.5-hour Discovery Session. During this session we set out your program goals and the foundation of our coaching relationship.
Following the Discovery Session, you will have ten 45-minute one-on-one sessions. We will meet every other week to keep the momentum going. This structure has proven to help clients stay focused, hold accountability, and propel clients further than they’ve ever gone before.
Throughout the 6-months you will:
Clarify goals, both personally and professionally
Explore your purpose and how it can help you achieve your goals (now and in the future)
Identify roadblocks that have been getting in your way - and remove them!
Reacquaint yourself with your superpowers
Gain tools to overcome limiting habits and skills to stay action-focused
Take back control and create a more fulfilling life
STAY ON COURSE
You’ve identified your goals, you know what you need to do next, but you keep getting in your own way. You’re not sure about a long-term commitment to coaching, but you are sure that you need some accountability, and you need it now.
What’s involved?
During this one hour consultation, we will meet in-person or virtually and deep-dive into your goals, identify challenges and roadblocks, start to tackle them head on, and develop a plan of action and accountability.
You will leave with:
A purpose statement
A focused plan to achieve your goals
Tools and skills to overcome limiting habits and stay action-focused
CORPORATE PROGRAMS
As an organization, you understand that your employees are your greatest asset.
